In the unlikely event your piece of jewellery has any issues please contact me through the contact page on the home screen and I will do my best to replace or repair the item at no expense to you as quickly as possible.

All jewellery purchased though susikirkstudio.com is covered by a 5year warranty covering against and manufacturing defects. After the initial warranty expires, I will do my best to cover basic repairs and manufacturing defects on any item made by me.
